Michał Kleiber has been involved in the confectionery industry since 1993. He gained his experience starting as a pastry chef, then as a technical advisor, eventually reaching a place where he can fully pursue his passion. Today, Michał is part of the Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Łódź – a space where his original concepts come to life.
