Preparation: Chocolate pâte sablée
- Put all the dry ingredients together into a food processor.
- Add the cold butter and mix well until to obtain a sandy texture.
- Add the whole eggs while mixing.
- Avoid over-mixing
- Finish the dough by hand and refrigerate minimum 1 hour before using.
