Originally from Japan, Togo has been working in the Pâtisserie-Chocolaterie Yasushi Sasaki, based in Brussels since 2018. Highly skilled in confectionery, he is an awarded chocolatier who is passionate about the country he calls home — Togo will represent Belgium in this year’s competition.
