    Unsalted butter
  • 6.3 oz
    Brown sugar
  • 3.2 oz
    Castor sugar
  • 3.2 oz
    Treacle sugar
  • 1.8 oz
    Whole eggs
  • 0.6 oz
    Egg yolks
  • 10.4 oz
    Cake flour
  • 0.1 oz
    Bicarb of soda
  • 0.1 oz
    Baking powder
  • 0.1 oz
    Salt
  • 3.5 oz
    Chocolate chips

Preparation

Method

1 Melt butter, but do not heat completely

2 Add the eggs, yolks and both sugars

3 Add the remaining dry

4 Dough must rest for 30 minutes before it gets rolled & bake

5 Bake at 160 degrees for 8mins
