Chocolate Ganache Mousse
Ingredients: Chocolate Ganache Mousse

200 gwhipping cream

300 gsemi whipped whipping cream
Preparation: Chocolate Ganache Mousse
Bring the cream to the boil. Cool to 80c and pour over the whipping cream.
Cool to 35c and then fold through the semi-whipped cream.
