This fluid apricot spray gel contains 3% fruit and offers a transparent finish. It is ready to use, suitable for spray guns and brushing, with a firm texture and freeze-stable properties. Delivered in a pouch for spray application, it is ideal for gelling fruit. Connect to a spray gun or heat briefly in a pan. Recommended working temperature: 85–90 °C.
