Sandro Bonacchi

Sandro Bonacchi is a coffee expert and an SCA-certified trainer in coffee sensory analysis.
Co-founder—along with his brother Samuele—of F.lli Bonacchi Caffè di Terroir, he oversees the coffee journey from plantation to cup, regularly traveling to coffee farms to discover new terroirs. He articulated his vision of coffee in the book Zero Caffè (EMF, 2018), in which he outlines a path toward universal happiness found in a cup of coffee.
