Yulia Ivanova studied at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, as well as at the schools of Stéphane Glacier and Stéphane Klein, and completed numerous courses with top-tier pastry chefs.
In 2017, Yulia won silver at the national qualifying stage of the World Chocolate Masters and took first place in the “Best Dessert” category. In 2019 she became the winner of the regional stage of the Roullet Chef Challenge.
Yulia gained professional experience working in patisseries, chocolate boutiques, bakeries, and prestigious hotels such as National and Rocco Forte Astoria.
Since 2021, Yulia has joined Callebaut Chocolate Academy as Head of Callebaut Chocolate Academy Russia. She conducts both online and offline masterclasses and organizes training with international chefs, contributing to the development of professional community in Russia and raising the skill level of pastry chefs.
