He took his first steps in the profession in his hometown, working as a cook. However, in 2016, after joining one of the restaurants in Łódź, he began to develop in the field of pastry, which since then has led him to dedicate himself entirely to this new passion and continue growing in this direction to this day. In pastry, he appreciates minimalism and focuses on perfecting the flavor of every element in his desserts. Winner of the first edition of the Debic Pastry Cup in 2019 and the second edition of the Archimagirus competition.
