A good chocolate milkshake is a staple offering. This recipe features Callebaut’s gold chocolate callets mixed with apricot creating a delicious dessert. Make this dessert even more special by topping it with Mona Lisa crisp pearls, blossoms and shavings.

Golden Milkshake


Melt the gold chocolate together with 50ml of milk and mix until smooth
In a food processor blitz, all the ingredients together
Decorate a large glass with caramel drizzle
Pour the drink into the decorated glass
Add whipped cream and toppings galore!
