Cream the butter and sugar together

3 gbicarbonate of soda

Sieve then fold in the flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder

Add the chocolate chunks

30 gChopped roasted hazelnuts

Weigh into 70g balls
Flaten ball and bake on 170c for 8-10 min
Let them cool down then add the Gia cubes and hazelnuts to the top
