Cashew Chocolate Pots


Melt the cashew nut butter and chocolate in a bain marie

In a food processor, blend the avocado flesh until smooth

  • 2spoon(s)
    soya milk
  • 1spoon(s)
    maple syrup

Add the soya milk and the maple syrup and blend

Stir in the melted chocolate cashew mixture

Divide the mixture between four ramekins or small cups and chill

    chopped cashews

Decorate with chopped cashews and drizzle with maple syrup
