Preparation: Banana Bread

  1. Using a paddle attachment, mix the bananas and sugar
  2. Sift the dry ingredients together
  3. Alternate the cream, oil with the sifted dry ingredients
  4. Finally add the eggs one at a time
  5. Fold in the Butterscotch crunch and chocolate chunks
  6. Fill 3 loaves
  7. Bake at 170°C for 35 minutes
  8. Cool on a wire rack
