Who's afraid of winters when Dr. Beetroot is on the menu? This simple, healthy and effective hot chocolate drink recipe with beetroot juice is boasting with antioxidants. It lifts both spirits and body temperature. Enjoy!

Hot chocolate Dr. Beetroot

IngredientsPreparation
  • Q.S.
    beetroot juice

Fill a pitcher with the desired amount of beetroot juice.

  • 1sachet
    Hot Chocolate – Dark Callets™
  • 40ml
    Whisky

Add both the Callebaut Finest Belgian Dark Hot Chocolate and the whisky. Steam the mixture to 72°C. Pour into the glass.

    cinnamon stick

Place the cinnamon stick on top of the glass.

Decoration tip 
Flambé the whisky separately and pour it in at the moment of serving.
