This easy recipe for homemade granola completely outshines any store-bought product we know in taste, freshness and health benefits. What you make with it is an extremely popular breakfast or snack food packed with deliciously revitalising, good-for-you ingredients that will help your customers get through the day with enough energy to go the extra mile.

Recipe components

Granola mix

  • 50g
    chopped pecans
  • 50g
    walnuts (finely chopped)

Roast lightly for 10 minutes at 150°C.

  • 50g
    roasted whole hazelnuts
  • 50g

Add to roasting nuts for one minute. Leave to cool.

  • 80g

Mix with nuts.

  • 1000g

Add to previous mixture.

  • 40g
  • 50g
    diced banana
  • 50g
    fresh strawberry cubes

Sprinkle fruits with lemon to prevent discolouring. Carefully fold fruits and chocolate into granola just before serving.
