A great simple drink recipe for those who think dark is too dark. Caramel and honey add a lovely sweet taste profile. Tip: Many guests love to stir in and melt the chocolate themselves. It is a great and soothing ritual.

  • 35g
    Honey Callets™

Pour the Callebaut Finest Belgian Hot Chocolate Honey sachet into the glass.

  • 200g
    milk
  • Q.S.
    cinnamon powder

Add a pinch of cinnamon to the milk and steam it until you have a good amount of foam. (Recommended to steam to 72°C). Pour it into the glass and let it stand briefly.

Sprinkle a little cinnamon on to the foam and finish with a drizzle of honey.
