Vladislav Zaychenko graduated with a degree in Food Production Engineering and began his career in the cold kitchen before moving on to custom-made desserts. 

At the start of his professional career as a pastry chef, Vladislav created desserts for coffee shop and patisserie showcases, later joining one of the region’s leading confectioneries, where he rose to the position of head pastry chef. 

In 2025 Vladislav joined Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Russia as a Corporate Pastry Chef.
