Anastasia graduated from the Trade and Economics University of Saint Petersburg with a degree in “Technology and Restaurant Business Management”. Anastasia started her career as a confectioner-sculptor at the “Hermitage” café and later worked at the “Arka” restaurant in Saint Petersburg, creating plated and showcase desserts. She took part in launching a confectionery and bakery production, where she developed menus, catering desserts, and exclusive custom cakes. In 2022, Anastasia became the head pastry chef of the “Arte Cake & Coffee Café” project in Dubai, managing production and creating signature desserts. In 2025 Anastasia joined the Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Russia as a Corporate Pastry Chef.
