Features an intense coffee flavor and dark color, base made of roasted coffee beans with non-hydrogenated fats. Recommended dosage: 1-3% (10-30g per kg of mixture). Perfect for flavoring couvertures, glazes, ganache, creams, fillings, glacés, and dough.
