Junior Chocolate Masters 2024 - Playful Patisserie
Our 2024 JCM Finalists had to make a playful dessert with a distinct chocolate or cocoa flavour showcasing at least 4 different elements to show fun, celebration and playfulness
The focus of this assignment was to create a patisserie item of their choice that could sit as the star in any high end patisserie counter with an emphasis on indulgence, playfulness and chocolate taste.
