The 1st edition of the LATAM Managers Conference is an important milestone for our company. This will be the first event to bring together, in one place, the main leaders from Latin America, strengthening connections among leadership and fostering an integrated regional perspective.

ACCOMMODATION

The event will take place from May 12 to May 14, at the Hilton Hotel in São Paulo. We invite all participants, including those based in São Paulo, to stay at the hotel. This is a valuable opportunity to further strengthen relationships, deepen connections, and spend quality time together throughout the event. Hotel reservations will be arranged by the event organization. To proceed, it is mandatory to complete the form below by April 17, without exceptions.

Logistics and Transportation

The booking of flights and ground transportation is the responsibility of each participant and must be completed using the company’s standard systems and travel policies. All costs related to flights and transportation will be allocated to each employee’s respective cost center.

Important scheduling note: please plan to arrive on May 12 by 11:00 a.m., in time for lunch. The event will officially begin at 1:00 p.m. on the same day. The closing is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on May 14, allowing sufficient time for return flight planning.
