Felicia lives her pastry craft with immense passion. Her nomination as the 2022 Gault & Millau Pastry Chef of the Year is the well-deserved validation of her skill. Over the past few years, she has consolidated, expanded, and continuously refined her distinctive style at renowned gastronomic establishments such as the Suvretta House in St. Moritz, the Eden Roc on Lake Maggiore, and the Clouds, Mesa, Gustav, and Ornellaia in Zurich. Felicia has now founded her own company and is focusing on growing FL Sweets AG.
