Andrey Dubovik is a chocolatier from Belarus who gained international acclaim through outstanding dedication and self-training. Without formal culinary education, he began mastering the art of chocolate in 2016 alongside his partner, Ronya Belova.

Dubovik is renowned for his ultra-precise, vividly colored bonbons and innovative signature techniques, which form the basis of his unique aesthetic—one that blends graphic purity with impeccable technical perfection.

Based in Barcelona, he now conducts masterclasses worldwide. His influence on contemporary chocolate artistry is further solidified by the publication of his books, Pralinarium and Superpralinarium, as well as the creation of unique chocolatier inventory in collaboration with Makeat.
