5.6 ozgrape seed oil
Preparation: Chocolate Hazelnut spread
- In a bowl add the dark and milk chocolate
- Melt together at 34 ℃
- Carefully mix one-third of the praline to avoid lumps
- Then add the last part of the praline and mix.
- Finally, add the oil and mix by doing small strokes in the middle at first
- Pour over a Jar
- Allow it to set in a chocolate room a 18℃ for a minimum of 6 hours
