Ingredients: Pistachio Spread

Preparation: Pistachio Spread

  • In a bowl add the chopped Tintoretto and melt at 32 ℃
  • Add the pistachio paste and mix.
  • Pour into the jar
  • Allow it to crystalize over night at 18℃
  • * For a more firm texture you can substitute 100 g of the Tintoretto with white chocolate & melt together at 38 ℃. Add the pistachio paste and temper it at 24 ℃
