Caramel Nxt ganache

Ingredients: Caramel Nxt ganache

  • 240 g
    Almond milk
  • 50 g
    Sugar
  • 30 g
    Glucose
  • 400 g
    CHM‐Q42‐DFR

Preparation: Caramel Nxt ganache

  1. Make a dry caramel with sugar and glucose.
  2. Add almond milk and heat at 85°C.
  3. Pour over the chocolate and mix well using a hand blender.
