Cold mint-infused cream for topping (prepare 24h in advance)
Infuse cream with mint for 24h. Whip up with Ground Dark Chocolate CHD-X5226P-X71.
Add in the milk pitcher and steam to ± 72°C. Serve in a tall glass.
Top off with the chocolate cream. Finish with Callebaut® Chocolate Blossoms Dark CHD-BS-18860-999.
