Everyone knows the classic mendiant : slabs of any chocolate with crunchy roasted nuts. Our chefs have created a colorful fruitful twist for summer.

Strawberry mendiant

IngredientsPreparation

Pre-crystallise the chocolate. Pipe rounds of chocolate (3 cm diameter) in a round mould.

  • Q.S.
    freeze-dried strawberry slices
  • Q.S.
    roasted whole pistachios

Decorate immediately with the fruit and pistachio. Finish by decorating with silver leaf and raspberry powder.
