Gold chocolate cheesecake

    full-fat cream cheese
  • 120g
    caster sugar

Mix the caster sugar and cream cheese together 

 

Melt the chocolate and then stir into the cream cheese mix

 

  • 130g
    whipped double cream

Fold in the cream

Base

  • 150g
    Gluten-free Digestive biscuits
  • 50g
    melted butter

Blitz the biscuits to crumbs, combine with the melted butter

Press the mix into the base of an 8-inch tin

Pipe the cheesecake onto the base and refrigerate 

Top with crumbled biscuit and gold callets before slicing
