Sweet & Salty Sharing Platter

  • 50g
    salted pretzels
  • small bowl of plain popcorn
  • small bowl of plain tortilla chips
  • 3
    Mini Muffins (Chocolate chip or blueberry)
  • 100g
    Seasonal fruit (Strawberries, cherries, raspberries and grapes)

Arrange on a platter, allowing spce for the dipping bowls 

Place the milk and gold chocolate into separate bowls with 20ml of cream in each
Heat in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until you have a smooth, creamy chocolate sauce 

Once melted, place the chocolate dipping sauces in the middle of the platter
