Chocolate tiffin


Place into a plastic bowl and melt in the microwave.

  • 250g
    Rich tea biscuits

Break into small pieces and fold through the chocolate mix.

  • 250g
    Roughly chopped cranberries and blue berries or a mix of nuts and dried fruit

Fold through the fruit or nuts and dried fruit.

Place the mixture into a baking tin or terrine and lightly flatten. Place into the fridge to set. Once set, cut into the required size and serve.
