Chocolate popcorn

Place the popcorn into a round bottomed bowl.

Ladle on the melted chocolate and carefully stir with a spoon to ensure all popcorn is covered lightly in chocolate.

Sprinkle with the roasted nuts.

Pour onto a tray lined with silicon paper, and separate the popcorn into individual pieces.
Allow to set at 12'C for at least 2 hours then serve.
