Pipe the precristallized chocolate into long batons - approx. 10cm in length.

    cranberries
  • Q.S.
    goju berries (dried)
  • Q.S.
    raisins
  • Q.S.
    pumpkin seeds
  • Q.S.
    sunflower seeds

Sprinkle on the chocolate immediately.

Allow to set at 12'C for at least 2 hours then serve.
