If you’re a fan of layered drinks, you should definitely give this recipe a try. It starts off with a soothing layer of frothed milk followed by a delicious blend of oat milk and homemade dark chocolate ganache, the taste of which gradually becomes more intense as your lips find their way towards the refreshingly sweet taste of the mint syrup at the bottom of the glass. The succession of comforting oat milk and dark chocolate flavours by the cool, minty aftertaste makes for an incredible taste experience that will take your customers by surprise – in a most positive way!

IngredientsPreparation
  • 200ml
    mint syrup

Pour the mint syrup on the bottom of a glass.

  • 200ml
    oat milk
  • 50ml
    ganache

Fill a milk pitcher with the milk and the ganache, and steam up to ± 72°C. Gently pour in the glass - make sure the layers don’t blend.

Top off with the Mini ChocRocks and a few leaves of mint.
