Preparation: Lychee truffle
- Heat the lychee, cream and the syrup, then add the sorbitol and dextrose into the heated mix.
- Take off the heat source and fold in the chocolate *W2 and Cocoa Butter, then allow to cool.
- Pipe the Truffle Shells with the filling.
- Allow to set for 20 minutes, then roll the truffles into the Cocoa Powder.
