Preparation: Lava Cake
- Melt the butter and the chocolate at 45° C separately.
- Whip the eggs.
- Add the cream to the chocolate and add the whippedegg.
- Add the flour.
- Pipe 70 to 80g by mold.
- Bake at 200°C for 9-10 minutes.
Very White Chocolate

Preparation: Very White Chocolate
- Bring the cream at 85°C.
- Pour over the chocolate and mix well using a hand blender
- Pipe in the silcone mold for the insert 10g and frozen it.
