100% white chocolate drops for baking.
These dark chocolate baking chips offer an exceptional size to add an indulgent touch to cakes, muffins, cookies, rolls and Danish. They'll add decadant dark cocoa notes and a subtle snap without melting away during baking. These chips have less cocoa butter in their recipe to make them resist oven temperatures up to 200°C.
Our chefs recommend to mix them into the dough at the end of the kneading process. It will prevent colouring of the dough or melting of the drops during kneading.
