- Melt the cashew nut butter and chocolate in a bain marie
- In a food processor, blend the avocado flesh until smooth
- Add the soya milk and the maple syrup and blend
- Stir in the melted chocolate cashew mixture
- Divide the mixture between four ramekins or small cup and chill
- Decorate with chopped cashews and drizzle with maple syrup
