Lychee truffle

Ingredients: Lychee truffle

Preparation: Lychee truffle

  1. Heat the lychee, cream and the syrup, then add the sorbitol and dextrose into the heated mix. 
  2. Take off the heat source and fold in the chocolate *W2 and Cocoa Butter, then allow to cool.
  3. Pipe the Truffle Shells with the filling. 
  4. Allow to set for 20 minutes, then roll the truffles into the Cocoa Powder.
