Kamil Szulc began his career in gastronomy in France, where his passion for pastry was born. Inspired by both French and Spanish approaches to the craft, he developed his skills with great precision and passion for his craft. After returning to Poland, he worked in renowned patisseries and prestigious restaurants, continually refining his technique and shaping his own style. He is a passionate reader of pastry literature and an active participant in industry competitions and trainings. Kamil is a two-time gold medalist at the Polish Championships in Plated Desserts (2018 and 2022). In 2022, he joined Barry Callebaut as Head Chef of the Chocolate Academy, and since 2025 he has taken on the role of Lead Chef of the CEE Region.
