It is a course for everyone who wants to learn or improve and build up its basic chocolate knowledge, skill and confidence. Spend two full hand-on days learning and practicing chocolate crystallization techniques with Chef. In our most popular course you will discover chocolate in all its ways. You will learn about chocolate making process form Cocoa bean to bar and basic bonbon fillings and learn different dipping and molding techniques. The course will also cover to make easy but great taste Chocolate Cakes and pastries filled and topped the chocolate in different ways and styles
This is a course for beginners and those want to gain a sound base knowledge of chocolate.
