Ruby clusters with cranberry

This recipe has everything curious chocolate lovers would want: ruby chocolate, a fruity taste, lovely crunch and nothing but natural goodness. The cranberries in the recipes bring out the fruity taste and fresh sour notes of ruby. And the almonds give it a mildly sweet taste and crunch. Tip: you can also swap the roasted almonds with pecans.

  • 300g
    flaked almonds
  • 300g
    dehydrated cranberries

Ajouter et placer dans les moules.
Laisser cristalliser.
