Passionate about innovation, she brings artistry and precision to every dessert. Before joining the Academy in April 2024, Samruddhi spent seven years with Taj Hotels, managing pastry kitchens at iconic locations like the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai, as well as in Kolkata and Bangalore.
