This training is a journey from the start to the deepest secrets of the Belgian, Swiss, French and English Chocolate heritages, to how the latest techniques, applications and recipes can bring fresh inspiration to national and local chocolate cultures.

It offers all the basic knowledge of chocolate, from pre-crystallization, enrobing, molding, to balancing of basic recipes, in which you can understand how to break down a recipe and how to apply it, to understand differences, errors and the infinite opportunities when working with chocolate.
 


Chocolate discovery je intenzivan kurs namenjen profesionalcima i istinskim ljubiteljima čokolade koji žele da usavrše svoje znanje.
Ova obuka predstavlja putovanje koje polazi od samih osnova i vodi vas do najdubljih tajni belgijskog, švajcarskog, francuskog i engleskog čokoladnog nasleđa, otkrivajući kako najnovije tehnike, primene i recepture mogu doneti novu inspiraciju nacionalnim i lokalnim kulturama čokolade.
Kurs pruža sva temeljna znanja o čokoladi – od pred-kristalizacije, oblivanja i livenja u kalupe, pa sve do balansiranja osnovnih recepata. Kroz ovaj program naučićete kako da detaljno analizirate recept i pravilno ga primenite, čime ćete potpuno razumeti razlike, uočiti greške i otkriti beskrajne mogućnosti koje se otvaraju kada radite sa čokoladom.
