In this Masterclass, Chef Nicolas will be creating simple but effective modern French desserts, which demonstrate a mastery of the marriage of visual aesthetic and impeccable taste. While Chef Nicolas demonstrates the creation of his dessertsand also have moments for hands-on participation from students. Students are able to ask questions throughout the process and see his techniques firsthand. This class will be translated from French to English.
***this class will take place in the Academy kitchen and will have demonstration from the chef and hands-on participation from the students. It will be a very interactive.
