How to use

0,8 Kg of a Finest Belgian Dark Chocolate Callets of your choice or pure origine origin
add 2,4 kg of Hot Water (70-85°C)
Mix with Immersion Blender and at the same time
add 0,8 kg ChocoBase
(can optionally mature from 30min to 8 hours) and Batch Freeze
