100% white chocolate drops for baking.
These white chocolate baking chips have the right, royal size to surprise in cakes, muffins, cookies, rolls and Danish. They’ll add a great creamy-caramelly taste and a subtle snap without melting away during baking. These chips have less cocoa butter in their recipe to make them resist oven temperatures up to 200°C.
Our chefs recommend to mix them into the dough at the end of the kneading process. It will prevent colouring of the dough or melting of the drops during kneading.
