Recipe n° 70-26-41 Bio Fairtrade brings you an intense dark chocolate taste that is beautifully balanced and round. It tastes great in chocolate bars, tablets and hollow figures. At the same time, it invites you to create exciting pairings with fillings and ingredients that have a full-bodied taste.
The heart and soul of this chocolate is in the cocoa blend: beans from Peru and Santo Domingo – all certified organic and Fairtrade. The sugar in the recipe is from organically and Fairtrade certified sugar cane cultivation as well.
The high fluidity of this chocolate guarantees great end results for very fine moulding and enrobing: small pralines, fine tablets, delicate hollow figures, etc.
This chocolate also allows you to use the Fairtrade label on pack and in your shop.
