There's no bigger love than the love for baking with all-natural ingredients. Callebaut®'s Organic Dark Chocolate Baking Drops are made of certified organically grown cocoa beans and cane sugar.
With their medium size, these drops are great for mixing into doughs for bread, Danish pastries, cakes, muffins and chocolate chip cookies. They’ll add a solid chocolate taste and subtle snappy texture that doesn't melt away completely.
These baking drops contain less cocoa butter to make the drops resist oven temperatures up to 200°C without burning. We recommend mixing in the drops at the very last moment and leaving them to churn only briefly to keep the dough from colouring.
Medium-sized baking drops in organic dark chocolate with a delightful snap and solid chocolate taste.
Mix into doughs and bake at max. 200°C.
