Enrobe and mould with rich cocoa taste and sour hints.
This dark chocolate contains more cocoa butter for an extra fluid chocolate with a sharper snap after hardening. This makes the 2804 highly efficient for fine moulding and enrobing.
With its rich cocoa body, it pairs wonderfully with a wide range of ingredients like spices, herbs and fruits.
